Delete your Agent Zer0 account

How to request deletion

1. 1Email privacy@cabioagentzero.com from the email address registered to your account.
2. 2Put “Account deletion request” in the subject line, and include your business name so we can identify the correct account.
3. 3We verify the request comes from the account holder, then delete the account. We aim to complete this within 30 days, and in practice usually within a few working days.
4. 4You'll get written confirmation once the deletion is done.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your account record — name, business name, email address and phone number
• Your login credentials and any active sessions
• Your platform settings, agent configuration and connected credentials
• Call recordings, transcripts and AI summaries belonging to your account
• Booking records and caller history held on your account
• Push notification tokens registered to your devices

What we keep, and for how long

A small amount of data is retained after deletion, where the law requires it or where we have a legal obligation:

• Billing and invoice records — retained for 6 years to meet UK tax and accounting law.
• Backups — deleted data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 35 days before those backups are rotated and overwritten.
• Anonymised, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you or your customers.

Call recordings and transcripts are, in normal operation, retained for around 30 days before secure deletion — whether or not you close your account.

Deleting some data without closing your account

You don't have to close your account to have data removed. Email privacy@cabioagentzero.com telling us what you'd like erased — for example specific call recordings or a particular customer's records — and we'll action it under your right to erasure.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you believe we've mishandled your data.
